Red House on the Frame

I had one more bobbin of that wrong color that I wound the end of August.  I'm using it up on quilting this Red House mini that was also a wrong block made.

Hmmmm.  I see a pattern here.  It's my mid 50's (52) brain functioning...  I'm getting used to it.  Better yet, my husband is getting used to it too.

Seems like cotton creeps into our brains in our 50s....wait till you're 60 like me🙄 ... The fun REALLY starts happening! Hubby and I left the house to pick up a birthday card for a friend (he said he'd drive us cuz he wasn't busy)...we stopped at the bank, got a coffee and then drove home. BOTH of us forgot the card. Bad thing is it happens all the time!

That brain functioning thing is only going to devolve further. LOL Ask me how I know. Your accidents are happy ones, though! I also like this house quilt. What are you doing with them?
